House rules

We ask you to respect our house rules and take care of our apartment. If something is missing, you can come by our office on the bottom floor until 22:00 or send a WhatsApp / SMS to Paul (0041 79 679 05 54) or Esther (0041 76 415 53 00) at any time. And should it be an emergency, don’t hesitate to ring us out of bed.

Smoking ban

Please adhere to the smoking ban throughout the apartment. Smoking is allowed on the balcony – ashtrays are available. Please note that we may charge an additional cleaning fee of CHF 500.- if the smoking ban is not observed.

Pets

Without prior agreement, pets are not allowed

Consideration for roommates

We ask you to avoid noise after 22:00 – especially in the stairwell.
Furthermore, we kindly ask you to close the apartment doors to the stairwell.

Ski equipment

Please deposit winter equipment such as skis, snowboards or sledges in the basement. Entering the apartment with ski and hiking boots is not allowed.

Bed linen and terry towels

The beds are already dressed at the start of the rental. Terry and kitchen towels are provided. On request and for a small extra charge, we will provide you with fresh linen during your stay.

Kitchen

Do not use aggressive cleaning agents or scratching objects to clean the glass ceramic hob.

Please always put the dishes in the cupboards dry and let us know if you need help with the dishwasher.

Waste / Recycling

The waste must be disposed of in waste bags for which a fee is charged. An orange trash bag is provided at the start of the rental. Additional bags can be purchased at the grocery store or from the landlord.
Bins for recycling are available in the basement. Paper/cardboard, glass, aluminum, pet and plastic bottles can be disposed. Unfortunately, there is no recycling option for other plastic packaging or tetrapack. We ask you to dispose of these materials in the waste bag.
Organic kitchen waste can also be disposed of separately. Ask the landlord where the compost is located.

Check-out / Departure

Please note that on the day of departure you put out the garbage, wash the dishes and put them away dried. If the apartment is left in an extremely dirty condition, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee.

In principle, check-out takes place on the day of departure no later than 10:00 am. Depending on the availability of the apartment, we are flexible. You are welcome to ask us for a later check-out.
